Our out-patient physical therapy facility is conveniently located in Sparta, NJ.  We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation and our commitment to quality service is unsurpassed.

We strive to deliver physical therapy services that are effective and efficient.  Our staff is highly trained and oriented toward returning patients to their normal activities as quickly as possible.  We also enable patients by teaching them skills necessary to manage their condition in the event that their function prevents a full recovery.

Our clean modern facility is easily accessible with excellent parking and convenient hours of operation.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

As is the case of most medical offices North Jersey Professional Rehabilitation has a Cancellation and No Show policy which we enforce.  Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for all cancellations.  Failure to provide such notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the assignment of a fifty dollar ($50.00) fee which will be billed directly to the patient.  Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

North Jersey Professional Rehabilitation participates with most private insurance companies, workers compensation insurance companies, motor vehicle insurance companies, and Medicare.
